High End Gutters Inc. provides gutter installation, repair, replacement, cleaning, and related exterior home services for residential and commercial properties in Massachusetts and the New England Area. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians.
Free estimates are provided based on the information you share and, when applicable, an on-site inspection. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.
We schedule work based on mutual agreement. The property owner or authorized representative must provide safe access to work areas. We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unsafe weather conditions.
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
We stand behind our workmanship with a limited warranty on installation services. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials (e.g., .032 gauge aluminum, 16 oz copper) as specified by the product manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. Last-minute cancellations may incur a reasonable service fee.
High End Gutters Inc. is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions hidden from view at the time of estimate. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County or through mutually agreed mediation.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
